HYDROCOOLING TECHNOLOGY
4 Weeks vs 4 Days Traditional Shelf Life
In 2000, we became the first in Africa to pioneer hydrocooling technology. The result was carrots that stay fresh seven times longer, reducing waste, improving logistics and delivering more consistent quality.
ROOT JUICE EXTRACTION
A World-First Commercial Process
In 2015, we developed an entirely new, commercial-scale method of extracting juice from root vegetables. That allowed us to move beyond raw produce and build a fully integrated value chain.
