Long-term yields need long-term thinking. That’s why crop rotation, soil recuperation and biodiversity are essential to how we operate.
We grow carrots for 6 months, then allow the land to replenish and rest for 30 months.

Free-market Economy
Nothing is wasted. Carrot pulp is converted into biogas to power our juice plant. Organic byproducts return to the soil as fertiliser.
What leaves one part of the system becomes input for another – which is exactly how farming should work.

We operate over 3,500 hectares across three farms. At that scale, every decision impacts something else – so we use advanced technology and decades of experience to guide us.

HYDROCOOLING TECHNOLOGY
4 Weeks vs 4 Days Traditional Shelf Life
In 2000, we became the first in Africa to pioneer hydrocooling technology. The result was carrots that stay fresh seven times longer, reducing waste, improving logistics and delivering more consistent quality.
ROOT JUICE EXTRACTION
A World-First Commercial Process
In 2015, we developed an entirely new, commercial-scale method of extracting juice from root vegetables. That allowed us to move beyond raw produce and build a fully integrated value chain.

Our renewable electricity production is now 24% of our annual electricity consumption.
